Key Contracts Administrator
As the integral link between the sales and operations team, you will be coordinating the processing of quotes in product categories within the construction building supplies market including timber, building boards, doors, cladding, fasteners, plasterboard and adhesives.
You will be working within a small team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supported by a highly experienced and competent team whose focus is delivering beyond the customers’ expectation.
Your primary responsibility is creating quotes and estimations on a variety of stock products and sourcing options on special lines and new products with established suppliers, utilising a modern and existing software system. You will also be required to manage an existing contract pricing system, through meeting planning outcomes and analysing data to achieve margin and profit performance.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Customer Development – grow relationships with existing and new customers
- Coordinate pricing structures
- Responsible for contract management system
- Sourcing –coordinate with the purchasing team to provide pricing and product alignment and growth,
- Accurate and efficient data entry.
You will ideally have previous experience in Internal Sales where you have managing the quoting and estimation requirements of customers, working within the Construction, Mining or Industrial sector.
You will enjoy dealing directly with customers while working as part of a sales-focused team. You will need to possess strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
