Internal Sales Admin

This role will provide administrative, technical, and provide reception support in a range of day to day activities essential to the effective and efficient running of Porter’s Glass and Aluminium. The role requires a flexible, highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, in order to support varying operational demands within the Division.

Critical Duties:

  • To provide professional responses to customer and supplier enquiries through the counter, phone and email support.
  • Completion and coordination of various administrative tasks
  • Quoting and estimation support (mentoring available)

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with proven capability of learning new systems and applications.

  • previous purchasing experience advantageous
