Customer Service Administrator – Permanent
We are looking for two Customer Service Administrators with exceptional administration and customer service skills to join our teams in our Glass and Aluminium division.
About you:
We are looking for high achievers to become an integral part of our Operations team. Working in a team environment, you will be flexible, approachable and a problem solver. You must be a confident communicator and have the ability to learn quickly whilst working within a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Receiving inbound customer sales enquiries and providing quotations, product information support and pricing details
- Promoting the features and benefits of Porters products to customers
- Processing sales orders and ensuring delivery of the products providing regular order updates
- Provide customer service support across all parts of the business
- Maintaining sales statistics and records of sales performance
- Managing and strengthening relationships with smaller accounts
- Prioritising sales leads and escalating them where necessary
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through ability
- Excellent communication skills; both verbally and written and an outstanding telephone manner
- Time management and organisational skills are key
- IT savvy, with experience in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in internal sales and customer care
- A background in liaising with customers in a high-volume environment will be desirable
- Motivated and switched on, working with a supportive team and the desire to hit common goals
- Knowledge of the building and or plumbing industry would be highly regarded, but not essential
