Important Customer Update - Mandatory Face Masks for QLD

Important Customer Update from Porters Management

29th March 2021

Porters would like to reassure our customers and community that all Porters stores are OPEN! We are committed to continuing to support our region through these challenging times, as we have done since 1883. We are monitoring the situation closely and are following all government advice and regulations.

Porters pride ourselves on following all COVID-19 regulations outlines by the QLD government to ensure the safety of our team members and community. As per the current QLD Government Guidelines, it is a requirement to wear a facemask when inside any of our stores. You must wear a mask in indoor spaces, such as shopping centres, supermarkets, retail outlets and indoor markets.

Charlies Cafe remains open! Patrons are required to wear a mask within the cafe when finding a table and communicating/facing Porters team members. Patrons are not required to wear a mask while seated and enjoying a meal. Patrons are still required to sign in using the QR code provided prior to dining-in at Charlies Cafe.

As a locally owned business, employing hundreds of local staff; we sincerely appreciate your continued support. We are encouraged by the strength and resilience demonstrated by our community in recent weeks. Together, we will get through these trying times. If there is anything, we can assist you with, please give our team a call.

Keep up to date with the current QLD COVID-19 regulations here.
