The new Mighty Rewards program replaced the former Porters Rewards loyalty program in February 2018.
Customers can earn points in-store and have access to exclusive special offers!

How can I join the program?
Visit any of our Porters Mitre 10 stores and ask a staff member at our registers who can help you sign up. It takes a few minutes and it’s free to join!
How can I find out my points balance or update personal details on my card?
You can visit the Mighty Rewards website and log in with your details (you’ll find this info in the email you received when you signed up to the program or you can request these at the site); OR you can visit any of our Porters Mitre 10 stores and ask a staff member at our registers who can help you with these details.
I’ve lost my card, what can I do to get another one?
You don’t need a physical card to earn or redeem points, our program allows us to look you up in the system. However, if you’d prefer to have a card, visit any of our Porters Mitre 10 stores and ask a staff member about issuing a replacement card. We’ll do a quick transfer or details and you’ll be set to go! *Please allow for up to 24hrs for the card to become active in our system. Points can still be earnt on your new card.
When did the former Porters Rewards program end?
Porters Rewards Program (the red cards and the blue trade cards) ended on 31st January 2018 and we no longer be accepting these cards in our Porters stores.
The new Mighty Rewards program has replaced the Porters Rewards program as the Mitre 10 national loyalty program from 1st February 2018.
All retail customers are invited to sign up to the new Mighty Rewards program to receive points for every dollar spent and exciting offers and deals, exclusive to Mitre 10.
Will customer’s points be transferred over to Mighty Rewards?
No, points will not be transferred across to the new Mighty Rewards program. However all customers who sign up to the Mighty Rewards program in the month of February will receive a $10 bonus credit for use during their next visits in store. Customers who are due for a gift card as part of the Porters Rewards program will receive their cards in February.
Will customers be ale to use their Mighty Rewards card in Charles Cafe?
No. As the Mighty Rewards platform is only available at Porters Mitre 10, our Charlies Cafe system isn’t able to accept Mighty Rewards cards or credit. As such we will be introducing a new offers card specific for customers who dine at Charlies Cafe. See our friendly team for more information.
Can customers continue to use their red Porters Rewards card in other Lucky Buys stores?
Yes, you can continue to use your red Porters Rewards card in other Lucky Buys outlets such as IGA.
