Snap a FREE Pic of your kids with Santa at Porters Mitre 10 Sarina on Saturday 5th of December. Santa will be available in store between 9am and 12pm. All photos are to be taken on personal devices.

Due to COVID restrictions, bookings are essential. All bookings are free and it is one booking per family. Bookings are for a 30-minute timeslot, all photos are to be taken within this timeslot. Limited numbers per timeslot.

COVID Policy: *

*The health and wellbeing of Santa, his team and all the families who visit, is our highest priority.

  • To monitor the number of people visiting Santa, online bookings will be required – Via Eventbrite.
  • If anyone is feeling unwell, experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, been in contact with someone who has tested positive to COVID-19, or been to a COVID hotspot they will be unable to get photos with Santa
  • Maintaining social distancing always. No one is to sit on Santa or touch Santa.
  • Hand sanitizer on entry to the Santa set is required.
  • Stools are to be provided in front of Santa and are to be wiped down between families.
  • Santa is not to hold any babies; this will need to be done by a parent or older sibling.

Porters would like to reassure our customers and community that all Porters stores are OPEN! We are committed to continuing to support our region through these challenging times, as we have done since 1883. We are monitoring the situation closely and are following all government advice and regulations.

Charlies Café is open for takeaways and ready-made meals. Charlies Café is now doing contactless delivery on variety boxes that contain 6 ready made meals for only $65. You are now able to order your takeaways through Bopple, for you to collect or we can deliver straight to your car. Give our team at Charlies Café a call to place your order!

We are here to help you! If you would prefer to stay at home at present; we understand. We are offering delivery services for both retail and trade orders.

Please give our teams a call and we can arrange FREE contact-less delivery to your home or work area for retail orders over $100. We’ve committed to additional resources for our trade delivery offering.

As the government announced last night, our Charles Cafe will be closed from midday today Monday 23rd March. However our team are still offering takeaway and ready made meals for your home or office. We can confirm your order over the phone, and bring the order out to your car.

We still have stocks of bulk disinfectant solution, available at all of our Porters Mitre 10 stores at $24.99. We are doing our very best to source more stocks of hand sanitiser and other essential items, we will update you as soon as we receive more information.

Customers will be notified by email or telephone as to the availability of the ordered products and when they may be collected from the store.  Porters Mitre 10 cannot guarantee the availability of products or the time they will be available for collection, but all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure the ordered products will be available and within a reasonable time. If a product is not available, the customer will not be charged, and any payment will be reversed to the account from which payment was made. Customers must collect the ordered products from the selected store as soon as they are notified the ordered products are available.

The products promoted on this site are all available from Porters Mitre 10 at the time they are advertised. The store will contact you and advise a collection date from your nominated store, this may take between 10-14 business days. When you purchase products online you can only collect your goods from the store you nominated in the purchase process. The store you nominated has processed your payment. We will deliver products within a 20km radius from your nominated store. Free delivery is available for orders over $100, with orders under $100 having a $15 delivery fee. When our store contacts you, we will be happy to arrange delivery, if delivery is selected at the time of purchase.  We ask that you collect your goods within 14 days of the goods being available for collection. If the goods aren’t collected after a reasonable time and after the store makes reasonable attempts to contact you, the goods may be returned to stock and a refund processed.
